Ingredients
  

For the Edamame

  • 14 oz. Edamame fresh or frozen

For the Oil

  • 1.5 tbsp. Olive Oil can replace with coconut oil

For the Seasonings

  • 1 tbsp. Everything Seasoning or another blend
  • 0.75 tsp. Paprika swap with smoked paprika for extra kick
  • 1 tbsp. Sesame Oil optional

For Cheese Lovers

  • 1.5 tbsp. Parmesan finely grated, or nutritional yeast for vegan

For a Kick of Heat

  • 1 tbsp. Chili Oil use olive oil for milder taste

For Brightness

  • 1 tbsp. Lemon Juice fresh

For a Sweet Touch

  • 1.25 tsp. Cinnamon adjust based on preference

How to Make Easy Roasted Edamame

  • Thaw your frozen edamame in warm water for about 2 minutes. Pat them dry thoroughly with a kitchen towel.
  • In a small bowl, combine your chosen seasonings and olive oil. Whisk well until smooth and free from clumps.
  • Toss the dried edamame with the olive oil mixture in a medium bowl, ensuring each piece is evenly coated.
  • Preheat your oven to 425°F. Spread the edamame in a single layer on a baking sheet, roasting for about 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  • If using an air fryer, set it to 375°F, place the edamame in the basket, and cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  • Let the edamame cool on the baking sheet for about 2-3 minutes.
  • Enjoy your roasted edamame immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.

Notes

Optional: Garnish with a sprinkle of extra seasoning before serving for an extra kick.
