Ingredients

Instructions
 

Making the Rolls

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, instant yeast, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, and kosher salt.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the eggnog, large eggs, vanilla extract, and softened butter until smooth.
  • Gradually mix the wet ingredients into the dry until a shaggy dough forms. Cover and let rise until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
  • In a small bowl, blend 1/2 cup of brown sugar and the ground cinnamon.
  • On a floured surface, roll the risen dough into a rectangle measuring approximately 10x16 inches.
  • Spread softened butter over the surface, then sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mixture and chopped white chocolate chips.
  • Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice it into 12-15 equal pieces.
  • Place the sliced rolls cut-side up into a greased baking dish and let rise until puffy, about 20-30 minutes.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and bake the rolls until golden brown, approximately 25-30 minutes.
  • Melt the remaining white chocolate with some eggnog over low heat until smooth. Whisk in vanilla extract and sifted powdered sugar until creamy.
  • Frost the warm rolls with the eggnog glaze and serve immediately.
