How to Make Peach Salad

  • Slice 4-6 ripe peaches in half and remove the pits. Place peach slices in a bowl.
  • Pour 1 tablespoon of honey over the peaches and coat well.
  • Add a pinch of salt to the bowl.
  • Gently toss the peaches with the honey and salt until evenly coated.
  • Fold in 6 basil leaves and 1/2 cup of lemon chevre or plain chevre mixed with lemon zest.
