  • 1 clove small garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon jalapeño pepper finely chopped, adjust to taste

  • In a medium bowl, gently mix together the chopped peaches, bell pepper, onion, cilantro, lime juice and zest, minced garlic, jalapeño, and sea salt.
  • Taste your salsa and adjust the seasoning if needed.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and allow the salsa to chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Notes
