How to Make Frozen S'mores Bars

  • Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper, ensuring some excess hangs over the edges.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the instant chocolate pudding mix, whole milk, and 1/2 cup of Cool Whip until smooth and creamy.
  • Place half of the broken graham crackers evenly across the bottom of the lined baking dish. Spread the pudding mixture over them and chill in the refrigerator.
  • In another bowl, beat together the room-temperature cream cheese and marshmallow creme until smooth. Fold in the remaining 2 cups of Cool Whip and a pinch of salt.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chilled pudding layer. Top with the remaining graham crackers and cover tightly with foil.
  • Place the dish in the freezer for at least 6 hours or until firm enough to cut.
  • Lift the frozen bar out of the dish using the parchment paper and slice into 12 squares.

Notes

Optional: Drizzle some melted chocolate over the top for an extra special treat. Store softened bars in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge, or freeze in a zip-top bag for up to 2 months.
