  • - 12 oz cream cheese softened
  • - ¼ cup butter softened
  • - 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • - 1¼ cups powdered sugar
  • #### Fruit Toppings suggested:
  • - 7–10 strawberries sliced
  • - 5–6 kiwis sliced
  • - 1 mango sliced
  • - ½ cup blueberries
  • - 1 small bunch grapes halved
  • *Other options*: raspberries mandarin oranges, bananas, blackberries

Instructions
 

  • **Make the crust**: Beat butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth. Mix in flour, baking powder, and salt. Chill dough 30 mins.
  • **Bake**: Preheat to 350°F. Roll out dough into circle (¼–½-inch thick) on parchment-lined pizza pan. Bake 20–25 mins. Cool completely.
  • **Make frosting**: Beat cream cheese, butter, vanilla, and powdered sugar until fluffy. Spread over cooled crust.
  • **Decorate**: Top with fruit. Arrange in pattern or scatter for color.
  • **Serve**: Chill 30 minutes if desired. Slice and enjoy!
