Ingredients
  

  • - 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • - 2 tbsp olive oil
  • - 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • - 4 garlic cloves minced
  • - Juice of 1 lemon
  • - Salt and pepper to taste
  • - 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • - Optional: red pepper flakes lemon zest

Instructions
 

  • Pat shrimp dry and season with salt and pepper.
  • Heat oil in skillet over medium-high. Cook shrimp 2–3 mins per side. Remove.
  • Add butter and garlic to skillet. Sauté 1–2 mins until fragrant.
  • Stir in lemon juice. Simmer 30 seconds.
  • Return shrimp and toss to coat. Garnish with parsley and serve.

Notes

- Don’t overcook shrimp—pull them once they turn pink
- For keto version, skip bread and serve with roasted veggies
- Store leftovers in airtight container for up to 2 days
