Topping

  • 1/2 cup Asiago Cheese Other cheeses like mozzarella or parmesan can be used

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a blender, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and black pepper. Blend for about 60-90 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
  • Cut a piece of parchment paper to fit your air fryer basket. Lightly spray it with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  • Pour the blended mixture onto the prepared parchment. Use a spatula to spread it evenly to about 1/4-inch thickness.
  • Carefully place the parchment with the batter in the air fryer basket. Set the temperature to 320°F and cook for 12-15 minutes.
  • Remove the flatbread from the air fryer, sprinkle the shredded Asiago cheese over the top, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  • Allow the flatbread to cool on the parchment for about 5 minutes before slicing.

Notes

Serve with marinara sauce or pesto for extra flavor. Allow flatbread to cool for easy slicing.
