How to Make Golden Moist Banana Bread

  • Cream the softened butter and sugar in a bowl using an electric mixer for 2-3 minutes until pale and fluffy.
  • Mash the extra-ripe bananas in another bowl until mostly smooth, then combine with the butter and sugar mixture.
  • Add the room temperature eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • Whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a separate bowl.
  • Fold the dry mixture into the wet mixture until just combined.
