  • Beat softened butter in a stand mixer with a whisk attachment until fluffy.

  • Incorporate eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then pour in the milk.
  • Sift in the flour and baking powder, mixing gently until just combined.
  • Scoop about 1/4 cup of batter and mix in your choice of flavor add-ins.
  • Bake for 16-18 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
