Ingredients
  

  • - 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • - ¼ cup olive oil
  • - 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • - 2 cloves garlic minced
  • - 1 tsp kosher salt
  • - ½ tsp black pepper
  • - 1 tsp dried oregano
  • - Optional: fresh parsley lemon wedges for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Pound chicken to ½-inch thickness.
  • Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano.
  • Marinate chicken 30 mins to 8 hours.
  • Preheat grill with two zones (direct & indirect heat).
  • Grill 2–3 min per side (direct heat), then 3–4 min (indirect) until 165°F internal.
  • Let rest 5 minutes. Slice and serve.

Notes

- Great for salads, wraps, bowls
- Works with thighs too
- Marinate ahead for best flavor
- No grill? Use stovetop grill pan
