Ingredients
  

  • - 1 mini pumpkin for dip bowl
  • - ½ cup vegan mayonnaise
  • - ¼ tsp black pepper
  • - ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • - 1 cup yellow cherry tomatoes
  • - 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • - 1 green bell pepper sliced
  • - 2 celery stalks cut into sticks
  • - 1 cup broccoli florets
  • - Optional: baby carrots
  • - Optional: black olives mozzarella (for spooky garnishes)

Instructions
 

  • Cut top off mini pumpkin, remove seeds, and dry inside.
  • Mix mayo with pepper and garlic powder. Add chili flakes if desired.
  • Fill pumpkin with dip. Place in center of serving board.
  • Arrange veggies neatly around pumpkin.
  • Add spooky olive spiders or cheese “eyeballs” if you like.
  • Serve immediately or cover and chill for up to 24 hours.
