How to Make High Protein Ninja Creami

  • In a medium mixing bowl or directly in the Ninja Creami tub, mix together the whey protein isolate, Greek yoghurt, mashed banana, natural peanut butter, maple syrup, and milk.
  • Stir everything until fully incorporated; if you prefer a smoother texture, blending is an option but not necessary.
  • Place the tub in the freezer for at least 24 hours—overnight works well too! Leave the lid off to avoid icy lumps.
  • Once frozen, use the lite ice cream function on the Ninja Creami to make your creamy delight. If it turns out lumpy, simply use the respin button for a smoother texture.
