Instructions

Cooking Instructions

  • Start by cutting boneless, skinless chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes for even cooking and a tender bite.
  • While you prepare the chicken, boil rice and green beans according to package instructions until fluffy and tender.
  • Heat avocado oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken cubes and sauté until browned and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes.
  • In a bowl, combine coconut aminos, honey, toasted sesame oil, ground ginger, minced garlic, rice vinegar, black pepper, lime zest, and lime juice.
  • Once the chicken is done, remove it from the pan. Pour your sauce mixture into the hot pan and cook, stirring constantly for 3-5 minutes until it bubbles and thickens slightly.
  • Return the sautéed chicken to the pan with the sauce. Toss well to ensure each piece is evenly coated.
  • Plate your healthy sesame chicken over cooked rice, garnishing with green beans and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.

Notes

Optional: Top with sliced green onions for added freshness.
