Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Chop spinach and chives, dice ham, and crumble feta. Set aside.
  • Whisk Greek yogurt and eggs in a large bowl until smooth.
  • Combine flour, flaxseed, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, black pepper, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
  • Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  • Fold in spinach, chives, sun-dried tomatoes, ham, chicken sausage, cheddar, feta, and basil.
  • Shape the dough into 12 thick disks and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle remaining cheddar on top of each biscuit.
  • Bake for 5 minutes at 400°F, then reduce to 350°F and bake for another 20 minutes until golden brown.
  • Cool on the sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
