  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Dried Thyme

Veggie Mix

  • 1 medium Onion Finely diced
  • 1 medium Red Bell Pepper Diced

Scramble

Preparation Steps

  • Heat a tablespoon of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  • Add the ground turkey along with the maple syrup and seasoning. Stir to break it into crumbles and cook for 6-8 minutes until the turkey is no longer pink.
  • In the same skillet, toss in the finely diced onion and red bell pepper. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables soften.
  • Whisk the eggs in a bowl, then pour them into the skillet with the veggies. Cook gently for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are soft and creamy.
  • Stir the sautéed turkey mixture into the scrambled eggs along with the shredded cheddar cheese. Let it cool for 10 minutes.
  • Warm the tortillas, fill each with about 1 cup of the filling, fold the sides and roll tightly.
