Ingredients
  

  • **Dry Ingredients:**
  • - 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • - ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • - ½ tsp baking soda
  • - 1 tsp baking powder
  • - 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • - ¼ tsp salt
  • **Wet Ingredients:**
  • - 2 large eggs
  • - ½ cup melted butter
  • - ½ cup milk
  • - 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • **Filling & Add-Ins:**
  • - 1 ½ cups peeled diced apples
  • - ⅓ cup brown sugar
  • - 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  • Whisk flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
  • In a second bowl, whisk eggs, butter, milk, and vanilla.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  • Fold in diced apples.
  • Layer half the batter in loaf pan. Sprinkle with half cinnamon sugar. Repeat.
  • Bake 50–55 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  • Cool in pan for 10 mins, then transfer to rack.

Notes

- Store at room temp 3 days or fridge 1 week
- Freeze tightly wrapped up to 3 months
- Add a glaze for extra sweetness
