Ingredients
  

For the Espresso

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar provides rich sweetness
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon optional, adds warmth and spice
  • 2 oz double shot of espresso the backbone of the drink

For the Milk Base

  • 1 cup milk use your favorite type

For the Iced Drink

  • 1 cup ice essential for a refreshing experience

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Add the brown sugar and optional ground cinnamon to an espresso shot glass. Brew the double shot of espresso right over this mixture, and stir well until the sugar dissolves.
  • Take a glass and fill it generously with ice. Pour your chosen milk over the ice, filling it to your desired level.
  • In a cocktail shaker, add at least 6 ice cubes. Pour the brown sugar espresso mixture over the top. Seal the shaker tightly and shake vigorously until the drink becomes frothy and inviting.
  • Pour the frothy espresso over the milk in your prepared glass. Gently stir to combine, letting the lovely layers mingle.

Notes

Optional: Sprinkle a bit more cinnamon on top for an added dash of flavor! Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge.
