- 3 large ripe peaches halved and pitted
- 1 –2 tablespoons salted butter about ¾ tsp per half
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Vanilla ice cream or whipped cream optional

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with nonstick spray.
