How to Make Classic Mini Banana Muffins

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease two mini muffin tins.
  • Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and baking soda in a bowl.
  • Blend the overripe bananas, sugar, melted butter, and room temperature egg in a separate bowl until smooth.
  • Combine the wet and dry ingredients gently, mixing until just incorporated.
  • Fill the muffin tins about 2/3 full with the batter.
