  • 0.25 cups Cilantro Chopped; can be omitted.
  • 1 cup Pepper Jack Cheese Can substitute with mozzarella.

  • 2 tablespoons Butter Melted; for brushing on top.

How to Make Classic BBQ Chicken Sliders

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and prep a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, BBQ sauce, jalapeño, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
  • Take your slider rolls and split them in half, placing the bottoms on the baking sheet.
  • Evenly distribute the chicken mixture onto the bottoms of the slider rolls, drizzle with remaining BBQ sauce, and sprinkle on red onion, cilantro, and pepper Jack cheese.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 12 minutes.
  • Remove the foil, brush the tops with melted garlic butter, sprinkle salt, and return to the oven uncovered for 5-8 minutes until golden brown.
