  • - 2 tbsp butter
  • - 1½ cups chicken broth
  • - 3 tbsp cornstarch
  • - 1 cup heavy cream
  • - 4 garlic cloves minced
  • - 1½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • - ½ tsp salt
  • - ½ tsp black pepper
  • - ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • - ½ tsp paprika
  • - ⅓ cup sun-dried tomatoes chopped and drained
  • **To Finish**
  • - ½ cup grated parmesan
  • - 6–8 fresh basil leaves chopped

Instructions
 

  • **Season Chicken** with salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper.
  • **Sear Chicken** in olive oil and butter until golden, not fully cooked.
  • **Make Sauce**: Whisk broth + cornstarch, add cream, garlic, spices, and paprika to crockpot.
  • **Assemble**: Add chicken, drippings, and sun-dried tomatoes. Cover and cook LOW 6–8 hrs.
  • **Finish**: Remove chicken, stir in parmesan. Return chicken. Top with fresh basil.
