Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and brush your baking stone with oil.
  • Shape the cookie dough into a ball and flatten into a 12" circle.
  • Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden brown, then cool completely.
  • Mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  • Spread cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust and arrange fruits artfully.
  • Refrigerate briefly, then cut into 16 wedges and serve.

Notes
