  • In a medium bowl, whisk the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt together until well combined.
  • In a large bowl, cream the softened butter and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy, about 3 minutes. Mix in the egg and vanilla extract.
  • Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and beat on low speed until just combined. Chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to 1 day.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease a pizza pan and press the chilled dough into a 9–10-inch circle. Bake for 17–19 minutes until edges are lightly browned.
  • In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and butter together until smooth. Gradually add confectioners' sugar and vanilla, beating until creamy.
  • Spread a layer of frosting over the cooled crust and decorate with sliced fresh fruit.
  • Slice and serve! Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
