  • Using your hands, form the mixture into small oval shapes that resemble potatoes, roughly 1 inch wide.
  • Roll each shaped candy in ground cinnamon until they are evenly coated.
  • Place the candies on a plate or tray and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.

Notes

Ensure the cream cheese is at room temperature for easy mixing. You can also roll some in crushed nuts for variety. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
