How to Make Jalapeño Poppers

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
  • Cut each jalapeño in half lengthwise and scrape out the seeds and membranes.
  • Blend softened cream cheese with chopped green onions and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Fill each jalapeño half with the creamy mixture.
  • Wrap each filled jalapeño half with bacon and secure with toothpicks if necessary.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
