Ingredients

  • 9 oz Graham Crackers Can substitute with crushed digestive biscuits or vanilla wafers.
  • 5 tbsp Unsalted Butter Melted, can use salted for extra flavor.

For the Filling

  • 2 cups Fresh or Frozen Strawberries Use thawed frozen strawberries if necessary.
  • 1 cup Sugar Adjust based on taste preference.
  • 16 oz Cream Cheese Ensure it's at room temperature.
  • 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract Opt for pure vanilla for best aroma.
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream Can be replaced with whipped topping.

For the Topping

  • 1/2 cup Extra Strawberry Puree Homemade puree works beautifully.
  • 1 cup Fresh Strawberries For garnish.

Preparation

  • Prepare the Crust: Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter and press into a 9-inch springform pan. Chill in the fridge.
  • Make the Strawberry Puree: Blend strawberries with sugar until smooth, straining if desired.
  • Create Cheesecake Filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar, vanilla, and heavy cream, mixing until fluffy.
  • Combine: Gently fold strawberry puree into the cheesecake mixture.
  • Assemble: Spoon cheesecake filling over chilled crust and smooth the top. Cover and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Top and Serve: Drizzle with extra strawberry puree and garnish with fresh strawberries before serving.

Notes
