How to Make Pimento Cheese Dip

  • Blend Ingredients – Place half of the shredded sharp cheddar cheese in a food processor. Add the cream cheese, mayonnaise, pimento peppers, and kosher salt. Process everything until it’s combined and smooth, taking about a minute.
  • Combine – Transfer the creamy mixture to a bowl. Add the remaining shredded cheddar cheese and stir until well combined.
  • Chill – Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and chill the pimento cheese dip in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
