How to Make Spinach Artichoke Dip

  • Combine in a large mixing bowl the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan, white cheddar, Gruyère, artichoke hearts, spinach, garlic, lemon zest, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix thoroughly until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  • Transfer the mixture into a baking dish, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  • Top with extra shredded cheese if you wish, then bake until bubbly and golden, about 25-30 minutes.
