Preparation Steps

  • Warm a tablespoon of olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat until shimmering.
  • Crack eggs into the pan; cook to your desired doneness (sunny-side up or over-easy), about 3–5 minutes.
  • While the eggs are cooking, toast your bread slices until crispy, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Slice your avocado, sprinkle with salt and pepper, then arrange it over the toasted bread.
  • Once your eggs are cooked, place them on top of the avocado-covered bread.
  • Optionally, add cheese, fresh herbs, or sliced tomatoes before serving warm.
