Cheesecake Filling

  • 2 large Eggs room temperature
  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream Greek yogurt can be a substitute
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract use pure extract
  • 1 pinch Kosher Salt balances sweetness

Crust and Topping

  • 16 oz Crescent Dough 2 tubes
  • 2 cups Blueberries fresh or thawed
  • 2 Tbsp Powdered Sugar for dusting

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare the baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Prepare Filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, eggs, sour cream, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  • Layer Dough: Roll out one tube of crescent dough and press it into the prepared baking dish.
  • Add Filling: Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust and scatter blueberries on top.
  • Create Top Layer: Roll out the second tube of crescent dough and place it over the filling, sealing the edges.
  • Bake: Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and filling is set.
  • Cool: Let the bars cool completely in the pan before cutting.
