Ingredients
  

  • ### For the Glass Rim:
  • - 2 tbsp fine salt
  • - 2 tbsp maple sugar or 1 tbsp brown sugar + 1 tbsp white sugar
  • ### For the Cocktail 1 Serving:
  • - 3 oz tequila blanco or reposado
  • - ½ oz whiskey optional
  • - 2 oz pure maple syrup
  • - Ice
  • - 1 lime wedge for rim + garnish

Instructions
 

  • **Rim the Glass**
  • - Mix salt and maple sugar on a small plate.
  • - Run a lime wedge around the rim of your glass.
  • - Dip into the sugar-salt mix. Fill the glass with ice.
  • **Shake the Cocktail**
  • - In a shaker, combine tequila, whiskey (if using), and maple syrup.
  • - Fill with ice and shake for 15–20 seconds.
  • **Serve**
  • - Strain into the prepared glass.
  • - Garnish with a lime wedge or slice.

Notes

- Substitute whiskey with extra tequila if preferred.
- Use 100% pure maple syrup for best results.
