Ingredients
  

  • **Chicken:**
  • - 3 chicken breasts sliced into cutlets
  • - ½ tsp salt
  • - ¼ tsp black pepper
  • - 6 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • - 2 tbsp olive oil
  • - 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • **Sauce:**
  • - 3 cloves garlic minced
  • - 1 cup chicken stock
  • - 1 cup heavy cream
  • - ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • - ⅓ cup sun-dried tomatoes chopped
  • - 1 tsp chili flakes
  • - ¼ tsp oregano
  • - ¼ tsp thyme
  • - 1 tbsp chopped basil

Instructions
 

  • Season chicken with salt & pepper. Dredge in flour.
  • Heat oil and butter in skillet. Sear chicken 4–5 mins/side. Set aside.
  • Sauté garlic. Deglaze with chicken stock.
  • Add cream, parmesan, spices, and sun-dried tomatoes. Simmer.
  • Return chicken. Simmer 3–5 mins until sauce thickens.
  • Garnish with basil and serve hot.

Notes

- Substitute thighs for extra juiciness
- Add baby spinach for color and nutrients
- Store leftovers 3 days; not freezer friendly
