Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Drain and dry canned chickpeas thoroughly.
  • Mix spices in a small bowl.
  • Combine chickpeas and oil in a large bowl.
  • Spread chickpeas on a baking sheet.
  • Roast for 30-35 minutes, stirring halfway.
  • Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl or airtight container.
