How to Make No-Bake Creamsicle Cheesecake

  • Crush the Golden Oreo cookies into fine crumbs. Mix them with melted butter and a pinch of kosher salt, then press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan to create a sturdy base.
  • In a bowl, combine the orange Jell-O with boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved, letting it cool slightly before adding to your filling mixture.
  • In a separate bowl, beat together softened cream cheese, sour cream, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until smooth and creamy.
