Ingredients
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 tsp peppermint extract
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 cups peppermint chunks
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 4 tbsp crushed candy canes
- 2 tbsp sprinkles

Instructions
Beat butter, sugars, extract, and milk until smooth.
Mix in flour, cocoa, and salt.
Fold in peppermint chunks and crushed candy.
Press into parchment-lined 9×9 pan.
Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil.
Spread over base and top with toppings.
Chill 2 hours. Cut and serve.
Notes
Let sit 5 minutes before slicing. Keeps in fridge for 2 weeks.
