  • 1/2 cup Honey Can substitute with maple syrup for vegan option.
  • 1 cup Oat Flour Adjust if using thinner nut butters.

  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla

For Texture

  • 1/4 cup Chia Seeds Can omit or substitute with another seed.
  • 1/2 cup Raisins Substitutes can include other dried fruits.

  • Microwave peanut butter and honey together for 15-30 seconds until warmed and pliable.
  • Stir the mixture well until the honey is evenly distributed throughout the peanut butter.
  • Transfer the mixture to a bowl, then add oat flour, vanilla, chia seeds, and raisins.
  • Mix using your hands until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.
  • Scoop and roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the energy balls to firm up.
