Preparation

  • Begin by slicing the 4 Persian cucumbers into bite-sized pieces, halving the cherry tomatoes, and thinly slicing the ¼ red onion.
  • Gently crumble the ½ cup of feta cheese into small pieces.
  • Take a moment to chop ¼ cup of fresh dill.
  • In a large bowl, combine all your prepared veggies, feta, and dill. Drizzle with 1 ½ tbsp. olive oil, then sprinkle with ¼ tsp. salt and ¼ tsp. pepper.
