Ingredients
  

For the Meatballs

  • 1 pound Ground Beef Use 80/20 or 85/15 for best results
  • 1 cup Bread Crumbs Panko works well for a lighter texture
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Can substitute with grated Pecorino
  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning Adjust based on preference
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper Freshly cracked preferred
  • 2 cloves Garlic Finely minced
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder Fresh onion can be used as a substitute
  • 1 large Eggs Beaten, helps bind the mixture
  • 1/4 cup Milk Non-dairy alternatives are fine

For Serving

  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce For dipping or serving
  • 2 cups Pasta or Rolls For pairing with meatballs
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Herbs Chopped parsley or basil

Instructions
 

Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 190°C (375°F) for about 5 minutes.
  • Mince the garlic finely and beat the eggs lightly in a bowl.
  • Combine the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and onion powder in a large mixing bowl.
  • Make a well in the center and add the ground beef, minced garlic, beaten eggs, and milk. Mix gently just until combined.
  • Wet your hands and roll the mixture into about 24 meatballs, roughly 1.5 inches in diameter.
  • Grease the air fryer basket lightly, then arrange the meatballs in a single layer.
  • Air fry the meatballs for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • Let the meatballs rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Optional: Serve with a sprinkle of fresh herbs on top for added flavor.
