  • 2 cups Bisquick mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup salted butter melted

  • 4 cups sliced peaches fresh or canned
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and position the rack in the middle. Generously spray a 9x9 inch glass baking dish with nonstick baking spray.
  • Whisk together the Bisquick mix, milk, and melted butter directly in the baking dish until the mixture is nice and smooth.
  • Mix the sliced peaches, granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, kosher salt, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl until well combined.
  • Pour the peach mixture evenly over the batter and gently spread it around.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until the top is light golden brown and the center has a slight jiggle, about 35-40 minutes.
  • Cool for 10 minutes after removing it from the oven, then serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
