How to Make Sautéed Cabbage

  • Prepare Cabbage: Cut the cabbage in half, remove the core, and slice it thinly. Also slice the onion thinly.
  • Sauté Onions: In a large skillet, melt the ghee over medium-high heat. Add the onions and sauté for about 1 minute until softened.
  • Add Garlic: Stir in the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Cook Cabbage: Add the sliced cabbage to the skillet. Sauté for 12 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally until tender.
  • Season and Serve: Sprinkle with salt and pepper, toss to combine, and serve warm.

Notes

Add a splash of vinegar at the end for a tangy twist. Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3-4 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
