  • Place 8 mint leaves and 1 tablespoon of fresh lime juice in an 8-ounce glass. Use the end of a wooden spoon to gently bruise the mint leaves.
  • Stir in 1½ ounces of rum, 2 tablespoons of simple syrup, and 2 tablespoons of cream of coconut.
  • Fill the glass with ice cubes, then top it off with 4 ounces of club soda.
  • Gently stir the mixture and garnish with a wedge of lime and a few mint sprigs.

Notes
