  • 1 large English cucumber sliced into thin half-moons

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, toss together the cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, sea salt, and several grinds of freshly ground black pepper.
  • Place the bowl in the refrigerator and let the salad chill for 10 minutes.
  • After chilling, transfer the salad to a serving bowl, carefully leaving any excess juices behind.
  • Drizzle the salad with extra-virgin olive oil, sprinkle generously with the fresh herbs of your choice, and gently toss everything together.
  • Finally, sprinkle with flaky sea salt, season to taste, and serve immediately.
