  • 1 cup Strawberries hulled and chopped
  • 2 medium Kiwis peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup Grapes halved
  • 1 cup Blueberries fresh
  • 1 cup Mandarin Oranges or mango/peaches

For the Honey-Lime Dressing

  • 1 medium Lime juice
  • 1 medium Mandarin Orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or maple syrup

How to Make Easy Summer Fruit Salad

  • In a large bowl, combine chopped pineapple, hulled strawberries, sliced kiwis, halved grapes, blueberries, and mandarin oranges.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the juice of 1 lime, the juice of 1 mandarin orange, and 1 tablespoon of honey until smooth.
  • Pour the honey-lime dressing over the mixed fruit. Gently toss to coat each piece with the dressing, and serve immediately, or chill for a few hours.
