- 9x9-inch baking pan

Ingredients
- ½ cup salted butter
softened
- ½ cup light brown sugar
packed
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp peppermint extract
- 2 tbsp whole milk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 3 cups mint chocolate candies
like Andes Mints, chopped
Instructions
Cream butter, sugars, extract, and milk until smooth.
Add flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix until just combined.
Stir in 1 cup chopped mint chocolates.
Press mixture into lined 9x9-inch pan.
Melt remaining 2 cups of chocolate in microwave.
Pour over base, smooth top.
Let set for 2–3 hours.
Cut into squares and enjoy!
Notes
- Use vanilla instead of peppermint extract for a milder version.
- Store in fridge or freezer for longer shelf life.
