Ingredients
  

  • - ½ cup salted butter softened
  • - ½ cup light brown sugar packed
  • - ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • - 1 tsp peppermint extract
  • - 2 tbsp whole milk
  • - 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • - ½ cup cocoa powder
  • - ¼ tsp salt
  • - 3 cups mint chocolate candies like Andes Mints, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Cream butter, sugars, extract, and milk until smooth.
  • Add flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix until just combined.
  • Stir in 1 cup chopped mint chocolates.
  • Press mixture into lined 9x9-inch pan.
  • Melt remaining 2 cups of chocolate in microwave.
  • Pour over base, smooth top.
  • Let set for 2–3 hours.
  • Cut into squares and enjoy!

Notes

- Use vanilla instead of peppermint extract for a milder version.
- Store in fridge or freezer for longer shelf life.
