How to Make Greek Chicken Bowls

  • Whisk together the olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and seasonings. Combine with chicken in a resealable bag and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes for maximum flavor.
  • In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, diced cucumber, minced garlic, chopped dill, and lemon juice. Set aside to let the flavors meld.
  • Rinse and cook the rice or quinoa according to package directions for fluffy grains.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 380°F or heat a skillet with olive oil. Air fry chicken for 10-11 minutes or cook in a skillet until golden brown.
  • Allow the cooked chicken to rest for 5 minutes, then slice it into strips.
  • Assemble the bowls with cooked grain, fresh vegetables, sliced chicken, tzatziki, olive oil, and lemon juice.
