  • Heat extra-virgin olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for approximately 5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside. Lower the heat to medium, add the minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  • Stir in the heavy cream, chicken stock, chicken bouillon, Parmesan cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, Italian seasoning, black pepper, and optional red pepper flakes. Whisk until everything is smooth and well-combined.
  • Return the chicken to the skillet, cover it partially to retain moisture, and let it simmer for 8 to 10 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  • Finish the dish by adding fresh basil and the remaining Parmesan cheese. Serve the Marry Me Chicken over pasta or mashed potatoes.
