Steps

  • Gather all your ingredients, including salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, and chop fresh parsley.
  • In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey with seasonings, olive oil, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix gently.
  • Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape into patties about ¾ inch thick.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F.
  • Place the patties in the air fryer basket without overlapping. Cook for 6 minutes, flip, and cook for another 6 minutes.
  • Carefully remove the patties and let them rest for 1-2 minutes.
