  • 1 tsp Salt

Muffin Preparation

  • Microwave frozen hash browns for 30 seconds.

  • Grease a 12-cup muffin tin generously with cooking spray or butter.
  • Distribute the hash brown mixture evenly into the muffin cups.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Lower the oven temperature to 350°F (177°C).
  • Whisk eggs and milk in a large mixing bowl.
  • Pour the egg mixture into the hash brown nests.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until centers are set.
  • Cool briefly before serving.
