  • 1 slice Red Onion Can be exchanged with green onions.

For the Condiments

  • 2 tbsp Honey Mustard Replace with Dijon mustard for a spicier kick.
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise Substitute with avocado spread for a healthier option.

For the Crunch

  • 1 handful Kettle Chips Serve fresh to maintain crispness.
  • pinch Black Pepper Just a dash goes a long way in elevating this sandwich.

Instructions

  • Cook bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat for about 8-10 minutes until crispy. Let drain on paper towels.
  • Slice the croissant horizontally and place cut-side up on a baking sheet. Toast under the broiler for 1-2 minutes.
  • On the warm croissant, add honey mustard to the bottom half and mayonnaise on the top half.
  • Begin with gouda cheese on the bottom, then layer turkey, followed by crispy bacon, then tomato, lettuce, and red onion.
  • Scatter kettle chips on top of the lettuce before gently closing your sandwich.
  • Close the sandwich with the top half of the croissant. Optionally cut diagonally and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve with a side of pickles for an added tangy crunch.
